    1. Avoid Sun Exposure: No tanning or sun exposure for 1 week; wear SPF 30+.

    2. Discontinue Active Ingredients: Stop using retinoids, AHAs/BHAs 5–7 days prior.

    3. Avoid Certain Medications: No aspirin or ibuprofen 48 hours before.

    4. Skip Other Treatments: Avoid chemical peels, laser treatments, or waxing for 2 weeks.

    5. Keep Skin Clean: Arrive with makeup-free, clean skin.

    6. Stay Hydrated: Drink plenty of water leading up to your appointment.

    7. Reschedule If Necessary: Contact your provider if you have active acne, cold sores, or open wounds.

    1. Avoid Sun Exposure: Stay out of direct sunlight and use SPF 30+ daily.

    2. Skip Active Ingredients: Avoid retinoids, AHAs/BHAs, Vaseline (Petrolatum Jelly), and exfoliants for 5–7 days.

    3. Keep Skin Clean and Hydrated: Use a gentle cleanser and moisturizer.

    4. No Makeup: Avoid makeup for at least 24 hours post-treatment.

    5. Avoid Heat and Sweating: Skip saunas, hot showers, and intense workouts for 48 hours.

    6. Stay Hydrated: Drink plenty of water to support skin healing.

    7. Don’t Pick or Scratch: Allow your skin to heal naturally.

    1. Active Skin Infections: Acne, cold sores, or other infections in the treatment area.

    2. Open Wounds or Lesions: Any cuts, sores, or irritated skin.

    3. Skin Conditions: Rosacea, eczema, psoriasis, or keloid scarring history.

    4. Pregnancy or Breastfeeding: Consult your provider before proceeding.

    5. Recent Treatments: Chemical peels, laser treatments, or waxing within 2 weeks.

    6. Use of Accutane: Must be discontinued for at least 6 months before treatment.

    7. Uncontrolled Medical Conditions: Diabetes, autoimmune diseases, or clotting disorders.

    8. Recent Sunburn: Skin must be fully healed before treatment.

    9. Allergies: Sensitivity to topical anesthetics or ingredients used in the treatment.

    10. Medications: Blood thinners or other medications that may affect healing (consult your provider).

  • For optimal results, a series of 3–6 treatments is recommended, spaced 4–6 weeks apart.

    Maintenance sessions can be done every 6–12 months to sustain collagen production and skin rejuvenation.

To secure your appointment, a 50% e-transfer deposit is required at the time of booking. If you need to to cancel or reschedule your appointment, a minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to receive a refund of your deposit.
